That said, it’s equally important to be well-prepared for that moment. To do so, it’s essential to properly design the activities that will be carried out.

Workshop design is the discipline that allows you to answer the question: how can I ensure this group reaches its goals while keeping everyone engaged?

In this experience, we’ll explore together: how to determine who to involve, how to manage timing, how to handle logistics, how to connect achieving operational goals with caring for the emotional experience of the people, how to ensure participants experience the activities in an organic and natural way, and how to design in situations where the activities will be facilitated by others, not the designer of the experience.

We’ll learn all of this through hands-on experimentation. You will have the opportunity to engage in the design of various workshops, receive feedback from the trainer, and exchange ideas and reflections with the participants. Through increasingly complex challenges, you’ll discover practical methods to use in your work and the theoretical foundations to elevate your workshop design.
