What is the information you cannot disregard when planning a workshop.
A design model that integrates achieving operational goals and giving people meaningful experiences.
Tools and principles for structuring activities concisely but also in such a way that nothing is ever lost sight of.
The art of facilitation manifests itself primarily when the facilitator is with the group, helping the energy of that human system to express itself to its full potential.
Nevertheless, one must arrive prepared for that moment. To do so, it is essential to know how to properly design the activities that you are going to perform. Workshop design is that discipline that allows you to answer the question: how can I ensure that this group achieves its goals while keeping the people involved?
In this experience we will see together: how to determine who to involve, how to manage timing, how to take care of logistics, how to link the achievement of operational objectives to the care of people’s emotional experience, how to ensure that participants experience the various activities in an organic and natural way, how to design even in cases where the activities will be managed by other facilitators than the person designing the experience.
We will see all this through experimenting together. You will have the opportunity to try your hand at designing different workshops, receiving feedback from the trainer and exchanging ideas and reflections with the participants. Through challenges of increasing complexity you will discover concrete practices that you can use in your own work and the theoretical basis on which to raise the level of your workshop design.
