His coaching training and early supervision, while with Mars, was delivered and supported by an external academy programme over 2 years. This early training supported an ongoing passion to see people thrive in the workplace alongside the positive use of design and culture as an enabler for individuals, teams and organisations to flourish. He now spends much of his time, both within Tricordant and in the voluntary sector, helping organisations understand and utilize their most valuable and diverse resource, while helping create workplaces that are both fruitful and profitable.
